About EAAFE

Why are we here?

  We are dedicated to justice and peace, the inalienable right of mankind endowed by the creator. We believe in bringing these values as the framework and context to the social problems artificially ingested into the very vein of the once ancient peace-loving, harmonious and neighbor-loving people of Ethiopia. We are here to speak for those who cannot, whose history is re-written, to speak for those victims of social terrorism and social injustice.

Who we are?

We are concerned peaceful citizens of the United States and Friends of Ethiopia who could not turn our faces away while malicious lies are being spread on the world stage. We are concerned people who dare to dream that truth will prevail, and people of consciousness will ultimately triumph. We are the patient spectators and victims who have seen forty-seven years of lies. and what those lies have caused. We are the scattered people of Ethiopia and friends of Ethiopia that have seen the disintegration of the fabric of a peaceful society in the name of democracy and justice.

what we do:

We appeal to those who are in authority to their better conscious through social media. We educate by any media available to us and fight the dangerous ideas and debunk the myth of ethnic politics. In short, we try to show the harmful consequence of spreading hatred among brothers and sisters. We test and resist peacefully, by educating whatever political expediency or political thought that time has brought which is against the unchanging values that had propagated this nation for 3000 years of its proud history. We appeal to nations humbly to think further than their present political interest and think that there is an inherent dignity the creator had bestowed on us than the idea of the survival of the fittest.
